Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from Kelpie Co Australia on weekdays (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays). If you purchased a product that is pre-ordered your whole order will arrive together.

Shipping Under $200 AUD | $15.00 AUD 

All Domestic Shipping is Standard (2 - 10 DAYS)

INTERNATIONAL 

Based on location. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS 

Kelpie Co does not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to the international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders with unpaid duties returned to Australia will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed. Items returned due to customs fees or taxes will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued minus the shipping cost for delivery and return.
